Shelter-In-Place (SIP)

We have launched a new type of safety system, known as Shelter- In-Place (SIP), which we have customized for the oil and gas companies in the Ras Laffan Industrial City area. This means sooner Qatargas and QP will no longer be using the traditional breathing-air systems in their buildings muster area. In line with enhanced safety procedures, every building of these companies will be equipped with a SIP system. SIP Breathing Air System has been under R&D for about two to three years. We are the first company in Qatar to Design a SIP system for Qatargas and are executing the engineering and design.  In March 2019, we have commissioned the first system, which is the first SIP Breathing Air System completely designed and built in Qatar.
